Prologis (PLD) $PLD is getting hammered today. Rexford (REXR) $REXR is also down. PLD reduced guidance (that's been extremely rare) in the Q1 2024 update (this morning). Brief Earnings Call Note PLD management says demand is being pushed back (delayed) a bit. Expecting leasing slightly later in the year.
