OK. I’m currently holding AMT, so I appreciate your thoughts. I’m interested in ARE, but would have to trim or sell something else to free up $$ to pick up some shares. My current REIT holdings are AMT, CUBE, MPW, O, VICI and WPC. I don’t consider MPW a core holding and will likely dispose of it once the short interest impact subsides and it regains some value (I the mean time the dividend payout is pretty nice)

Thanks for your deep dive of ARE. I’d be interested in your thoughts about whether you think it provides better potential upside than AMT at this point in time?

Hard to say. Both offer significant upside as they deliver solid growth in AFFO per share. I would lean towards AMT for total upside, but only by a modest margin. I'm expecting strong performance for each over the next several years.
